express, decompress, and reduce stress. Discover your masterpiece by engaging in self-expression
through creating art.

Mindfulness Meditation Drop In Group

Learn and practice the basics of meditation including mindfulness, calm breathing,
body scans, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery. Come to one or come
to all, but prepare to leave feeling relaxed.

Do you feel worried, anxious or nervous all the time? Have you been told you need
to stop worrying and let things go? Letting go is a skill that can be learned. This
drop-in group will teach you skills to help you manage your experience of difficult
emotions that get in the way of life goals

Active Minds is a national organization, with over 400 student-run chapters on college
campuses in the U.S. & Canada.
Goals include:
Increase student awareness of mental health issues
Promote dialogue & remove stigma around mental health
Create campus resources that are comfortable to turn to
Help develop a national movement for student mental health

Come to our last BNO of the semester. We will have massage chair, DIY face scrubs,
and Moe’s Tacos along with Jeremiah's Ice Cream. Make sure to come in your comfiest

Walk is a journey of remembrance, hope, support, and a walk that unites a campus and
community – a time to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental illness have
affected our lives and our loved ones.
