Dr. Andy Hafer and Eileen Hafer

Dr. Andy Hafer and Eileen Hafer are distinguished alumni of the University of South Florida and philanthropists focusing on initiatives that promote inclusion, support for neurodiverse individuals, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Hafer serves on multiple advisory boards including the Muma College of Business and the Nault Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and teaches entrepreneurship at USF. Eileen Hafer founded the iMatter and UMatter programs in collaboration with USF, providing residential university experiences for students with intellectual disabilities.
