Christopher Barnes advises for the following majors/minors:

• Africana Studies
• International Studies
• Political Science

I am an Undergraduate Academic Advisor in the School of Interdisciplinary Global Studies.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Savannah State University and my Masters in Public Administration the University of South Florida. I have worked for the State of Florida in the Department of Children and Families and work for the Pinellas County School Board in Florida as a Teacher.

My goal with each student is to understand their academic strengths, then help them design an academic plan that builds on their unique intellectual interests, to achieve personal and professional goals!
