External Peer Reviews must minimally hold the following characteristics[1]:

  1. Be in the same sub-discipline
  2. Be at or above the rank to which the faculty member is applying
  3. Be currently actively engaged in the discipline
  4. Be tenured and a member of a top tier research university (Carnegie listing)

 

Complete the requested information below and attach a one page bio on each nominee.

 

Please Note:  The bios of the proposed reviewers should include:

  1. their academic credentials
  2. most recent academic appointments
  3. a summary of their research and creative activities, publications and/or grants
  4. contact information including as available: mail, e-mail, and phone.
