USF Contemporary Art Museum’s Christian Viveros-Fauné Speaks at Symposium on Art and Criminal Justice Reform

Christian Viveros-Fauné, curator-at-large at the USF Contemporary Art Museum, spoke on the role of arts in criminal justice reform.at a symposium held by the Haggerty Museum of Art and the Milwaukee Art Museum earlier this month.
Titled "The Milwaukee Model: Envisioning the Role of the Arts in Criminal Justice Reform,” the symposium brought together artists, scholars, and experts for a three-day exchange on how arts and educational programming can be used to generate new perspectives on the criminal justice system and incarcerated individuals.
