The Waiting Room

A woman dressed in Asian-inspired fashion and heavy makeup is on a bench next to a man, she is looking downstage coyly as she leans slightly away from him. The man is also wearing fashion reflective of Asian culture and is staring at the woman while smiling.
A woman sits in a hospital bed covered in a cloth while holding her knees, staring outward. A man dressed as a doctor sits next to the woman, looking down.
A woman dressed as a maid is standing and in conversation with a woman dressed in lingerie, who is sitting on her knees in a bed that is unmade; this woman is dressed in lingerie.
Three hospital beds are spread far apart on stage with a woman occupying each. The woman in the bed farthest left is laying, looking toward the audience. The woman in the middle bed is sitting up, reading. The woman in the bed farthest right is sitting up and gesturing.
A man in Asian-inspired attire is sitting on a bench, kissing the bound foot of a woman next to him dressed in Asian-inspired attire; she is leaning back with her mouth open and her eyes closed.
Four women are onstage in various costumes, three sitting together on a bench while one sits on an object like a box. All four women are looking outward toward the audience.
