Hailey Deschamps is an academic program specialist for The Baldwin Group School of Risk Management and Insurance in the USF Muma College of Business. She started in May 2024. In this role, her responsibilities include providing crucial administrative and academic support to enhance student recruitment, retention, and internship/career placement efforts. In addition, she maintains the school's social media presence, organizes meetings for the school's director and Advisory Board, prepares presentations and promotional materials.

Deschamps will be serving as an LLC coordinator for the new living learning community on the Sarasota-Mantee campus, alongside her main role. Prior to this position, she worked as a graduate assistant on the USF Tampa campus within the division of Pre-Professional Advising, also supporting the Rising Health Professionals LLC.

Deschamps earned a master's degree in curriculum and instruction with a concentration in college student affairs from the University of South Florida. She also earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Western New England University.
