Vita
Seden Doğan is an assistant professor of instruction and graduate program internship coordinator at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in the Muma College of Business. Doğan earned a PhD and master's degrees from the Tourism Administration and Hotel Management program at Akdeniz University in Turkiye.
Her research interest includes how employees and customers in the hospitality and tourism industry perceive emerging and innovative technologies. Her research has been published in internationally refereed journals, including the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, The Service Industries Journal, and Tourism Management Perspectives.
She has presented her research at various international conferences, including SECSA, MTCON, and EuroCHRIE. Doğan has 18 years of hospitality and tourism experience with companies like InterContinental, Renaissance, and Yeego.com. She also holds several professional memberships, including ICHRIE and MPI.
