Ann Marie Hardy has been honing relationship-building skills and strategies for over 25 years in the education sector, having served in various roles across multiple campuses, including teacher, counselor, academic dean, and dean of student life. Over the past year, she has focused on career coaching through the lens of positive psychology. Her coaching approach emphasizes curiosity and nonjudgment, empowering clients to thrive—not just survive—in all areas of career management and advancement.
Hardy holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Illinois Wesleyan University. She is a certified coach through the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute and is currently working towards her International Coaching Federation credentials.
