Florine Lazard is an experienced education and operations professional with over 18 years of expertise in program management, talent acquisition, and student services. She has held leadership roles in higher education, overseeing enrollment, career services, and operational strategies to enhance student success.

Lazard has served as an operations manager and enrollment manager at Year Up, where she successfully led strategic planning, enrollment processes, and student engagement initiatives. Prior to that, she worked as an academic and career advisor at Miami Dade College, where she developed student mentorship programs, facilitated career development, and ensured compliance with institutional policies. Her background includes experience in human resources and business administration, making her a well-rounded professional in education and organizational management.

She chaired the Women’s History Committee, created impactful programming to highlight women’s achievements in business and technology. She also established the S.C.H.O.L.A.R.S. peer mentoring program, which promoted academic excellence and retention. With a strong commitment to student success and institutional excellence, Lazard brings a wealth of knowledge in process development, stakeholder engagement, and program improvement.
