Kiliana Lugo is the assistant director for the Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance. In this role, Lugo serves as the main point of contact for the dean’s office. She manages the scheduling, strategic planning, and execution of the dean’s meetings, events, and conferences connected with the school.

She communicates on behalf of the dean with internal and external stakeholders, including community/business partners, donors, and multiple advisory boards. She serves as the liaison to various academic and administrative units within the Muma College of Business and departments across the University of South Florida campuses.

Prior to joining the school, Lugo served as the assistant director for recruitment within the USF Office of Admissions.

She earned her Master of Education in Education Leadership and Policy Studies with a concentration in higher education administration from Boston University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Eastern Connecticut State University.
