Curriculum Vitae
Description of Research Interests
My research focuses on examining the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of integrative healthcare interventions to improve outcomes in both clinical and community settings. My interdisciplinary training in medicine, public health, and health economics enables me to address research questions centered on identifying and testing medical and psychosocial interventions that enhance health outcomes for individuals living with chronic conditions. Currently, my research investigates the role of innovative integrative health interventions - including diet, physical activity, sleep, mind-body practices, and social engagement - in promoting positive aging among middle-aged and older adults. I direct the Positive Aging Lab (PAL).
