Scott Fontechia is a University of South Florida alumnus, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. He works as a Program Coordinator for LAUNCH at USF, where he manages technology programming, instructs a robotic process automation (RPA) certification course, and oversees the Tech2Work Program.

Scott also provides direct services to job seekers, conducts job development, trains businesses and professionals on autism and other diversity topics, is an adviser to LAUNCH Academy transition students, is a published author and researcher, and is an invited speaker and presenter on autism-related topics. Scott has worked alongside the autistic community across a range of ages and settings since 2010.

LAUNCH features a 2-semester transition program, specialized technology training, is an employment service vendor through the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and is the sister program of the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD-USF).
