Lisa Knight is a Trainer/Coach for Program-Wide Positive Behavior Support (PBS) Project at the University of South Florida. This project is funded by the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County.
Lisa M. Knight, M.S., earned a Master of Science Degree in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from University of South Florida. Since 2006, she has worked primarily with birth to five population to include Early Steps, Head Start/ Early Head Start, and taught pre- school children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She also worked in the private sector as a Licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Hillsborough County. She joined the PWPBS team in November 2016.
Her primary areas of interest include inclusion/ PBS, early childhood education, serving high need populations and family-community engagement.
