Lidia Lanns Clarke serves as Associate Director of the Florida HIPPY Training and Technical Assistance Center at USF. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the T&TA center. She oversees contract, budget, and program implementation for over 14 HIPPY partner agencies across the state. Lidia has led several early learning initiatives for school districts, large social service agencies, early learning coalitions, and local food banks in Florida. She thrives at being a systems thinker and takes a solutions-based approach to solve programmatic dilemmas.
