Amber Oderinde, M.S. is an Assistant Instructor and the Undergraduate Coordinator in the Department of Criminology at the University of South Florida. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University. Her research interests include punishment, re-entry, and restorative environments and practices. 

Ms. Oderinde has generalist experience working in courts, prison re-entry, and prevention programs for youth. Additionally, she has over 10 years of experience working in diverse educational environments including Benedict College, Bethel University, West Virginia University and the University of South Florida. The value of Ms. Oderinde's practitioner and educational experiences directly benefit students, as she approaches education from a developmental standpoint, prioritizing critical thinking, soft skill development, and career planning.
