Ráchael A. Powers, PhD, associate professor in the Department of Criminology, was selected for the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS) 2022-2023 Mentoring Award.
This award honors outstanding mentors who excel in fostering the professional growth and achievement of students and faculty. Nominated by Richard Moule, PhD and Vanessa Centelles, MA, Powers will be presented with the award during the awards luncheon at the ACJS Annual Meeting in National Harbor, Maryland in March.
