CBCS Dean's Office welcomes new staff

Please join us in welcoming Lily Lyons, Precious Goodson, and Kiyarrow Harris.

Three new faces joined the CBCS Dean's Office this summer. Keep reading to learn more about Precious Goodson, Lily Lyons, and Kiyarrow Harris.

Lily Lyons

Lily Lyons, Fiscal and Business Specialist (Management Information Services Team)

Lily’s position provides support to the financial operations of various departments within CBCS. This position ensures compliance with financial controls by monitoring, tracking, and reconciling departmental resources. Additionally, she oversees department expenditures for compliance with University accounting standards and assists in the preparation of monthly and annual financial projections. Lily is a senior attending USF, majoring in accounting with a minor in finance who plans to pursue a master of accountancy and CPA. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and exploring downtown Tampa.

Precious Goodson

Precious Goodson, Development Specialist

In her role, Precious will support the CBCS Development Office in building donor relationships, generating interest, and inspiring confidence among the college's constituents to attract private funding to advance teaching, research creative expression, and community engagement. Precious graduated from USF in 2016 with a BS in Health Sciences. Following graduation, she taught various levels of science in middle and high school in Hillsborough County Public Schools. Her hobbies include cycling, listening to audiobooks, and exploring beaches around Tampa Bay.

Kiyarrow Harris

As office manager, Kiyarrow supports Human Resources (HR) needs of the Department of Mental Health Law & Policy, travel for the Dean, and faculty tenure and promotion for Jennifer Lister. Before joining CBCS, Kiyarrow worked for St. Petersburg College from 2007-2015 in their Enrollment Management and Admissions/Records department. She worked for Pinellas County Schools in 2015 and later joined their HR team in 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, shopping, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
