Tom Hyslip, PhD, an assistant professor of instruction in the Department of Criminology, was selected as a recipient of the Emerald Literati Outstanding Reviewer Award. Recipients of this award are recognized for the timeliness, quality, and depth of their reviews. Hyslip was honored for his review for "Policing: An International Journal," which covers research on all topics relevant to policing that focus on theory, policy, and/or practice.
