Natalia Babenko, MPH, MS, CPH, a PhD student in the School of Aging Studies, was awarded the Emerging Scholar and Professional Organization Poster Award from the Gerontological Society of America. Distinguished University Professor William Haley, PhD, Brent Small, PhD, and fellow PhD student Joanne Elayoubi contributed to the poster titled, “Social Engagement and Depressive Symptoms: Differential Effects in Older Adults With and Without Cancer.”
