BIOGRAPHY:
Prof. Tracey Pérez Koehlmoos, PhD, MHA, is the Director of the Center for Health Services Research and Doctoral Programs in Preventive Medicine & Biostatistics at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS). She specializes in leading complex health systems research, policy development, and program building, supporting the US Military Health System and National Security initiatives.

Prof. Koehlmoos has lived and worked across Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, bringing global experience in health systems. With over 200 publications and multimedia contributions, her work focuses on health equity, women’s health, value-based care, and health policy.
