Kirsten obtained her B.A. in French and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018. Kirsten was a high school Spanish and French teacher for 3 years then went back to school to earn her M.S. in Learning Design and Technology from the University in South Florida in 2022. During her final semester in 2023, she served as an intern on the Digital Learning team. After graduating and completing the internship, she was offered the opportunity to work full-time as a learning designer with the university. Kirsten is passionate about designing courses that are engaging, innovative, and inspire continuous learning.

Fun Fact: Kirsten was a starting pitcher for the Wisconsin Badgers and was featured on ESPN Top 10 Plays. She enjoys watching college softball games and coached high school ball for 3 seasons. If she’s not on the softball field, you can find her watching The Great British Baking Show and testing out new recipes with her friends and family.
