Outstanding Online Student - Haley Hines-Gaal
Haley Hines-Gaal's decision to pursue an online master's degree in social work was driven by her personal experiences and gratitude towards the social workers who helped her navigate the challenges of growing up in Iowa's foster care system. With the flexibility and rigor of the USF online program, she was able to continue her education while working full-time, connecting with peers, and making a positive impact in her community. Upon graduation, she plans to share her success with the social workers who empowered her, highlighting their instrumental role in her journey.
