Complaint Resolution
Distance Learning Complaint Process for USF's Out-of-State Students
USF students residing outside the State of Florida who desire to resolve a grievance are encouraged to follow the University's Student Grievance Process.
If an issue cannot be resolved internally, a complaint may be filed with USF's accrediting agency or the Florida State University System.
If a student is not satisfied with the outcome of the institutional process and applicable state grievance procedures, the complaint may then be brought to the SARA portal agency in the institution's home state. SARA Portal Complaint page: http://www.fldoe.org/sara/complaint-process.stml
