About my research
My research under Dr. Chambers is focusing on hurricane genesis in the Atlantic Ocean. Using data collected by the NOAA Hurricane Hunters, I will be studying how rising atmospheric and sea surface temperatures are affecting the strength and number of hurricanes forming in the Atlantic Basin.
Why USFCMS?
I chose USF-CMS because of the flexibility. Working full-time as a NOAA Hurricane Hunter, I needed somewhere that could smoothly blend with my work schedule. USFCMS allows me the ability to uphold my duties as a public servant, while also furthering my education.
