USF releases first renderings of new on-campus stadium, announces $6 million gift

USF has revealed a first look at the university’s transformational on-campus stadium by releasing three renderings of the new facility and announced a $6 million gift from the USF Federal Credit Union. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for fall 2024.

Following 2 1/2 years of intense training and extensive preparation, a team led by a USF biology professor and two USF alums will row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. They push off Dec. 12 from Spain’s Canary Islands and will spend about one month at sea, rowing to English Harbour in Antigua and Barbuda.
