U.S. Department of State funds new cybersecurity and AI study abroad program at USF
The U.S. Department of State has awarded USF funding to establish a study abroad program at the tech-focused Algebra University in Croatia. It’s designed for USF students pursuing degrees in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and computer science engineering.

Virtual pen pals to travel buddies: USF class tours South Korea
Students just returned from Seoul, where they finally got to meet their pen pals from Yonsei University whom they’ve been video conferencing and messaging with throughout the spring semester. It’s the first study abroad program to begin virtually and the first faculty-led trip to South Korea since the start of the pandemic.

USF's Education Abroad Program Rises to an All-Time High in International Rankings
The University of South Florida’s Education Abroad program has risen to 39th in the nation for all institutions and 30th among public universities, according to the most recent Open Doors annual report published by the Institute of International Education.
