Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL-iBT)

Format

The TOEFL-iBT is available as an internet-based test and is offered on specific dates a few times a month. The test has four sections: Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing. Examinees are allotted four and a half hours to complete the exam. A valid passport is required.

How to Register

Retest Policies

An examinee may take the TOEFL-iBT test only once within a 12-day period. (Example: To schedule a test appointment for March 13, no other test appointment can exist between March 1 and March 25, inclusive.)

Disability Services

If you are requesting special accommodations, you must register through ETS and have your accommodations approved prior to testing.
