The USF Health Morsani College of Medicine critically needs a new facility to adapt to contemporary medical training requirements, compete for outstanding students, and ensure their success.

Our students deserve an educational setting that both meets today's standards and can rapidly adapt to the changing educational and technological requirements of modern 21st Century medical education.

Given the incredible opportunities for synergies with community partners, co-locating the USF Health Heart Institute with the new building in the downtown district will enhance recruitment of top cardiovascular researchers, support clinical and translational research opportunities to advance public health, increase NIH funding levels, and improve the rankings of USF's medical school and our partner, Tampa General Hospital.

USF Health is looking for influencers and investors to complete the vision for USF at Water Street Tampa.
