Getting Started

Quick Tips for Getting Started:

  1. Start slow. Schedule time for a 10-15 minute walk and work your way up.
  2. Choose sports and activities that you enjoy. You will be more likely to keep it up.
  3. Find a friend or two to work out with. Friends help keep you accountable.
  4. Try to get up and move for at least 5 minutes, every hour that you are awake.
  5. Schedule work out times on your calendar.
