M.A. Funding
The department has a limited number of master's-level graduate teaching assistantships
available. These assistantships provide a salary and a tuition waiver. Assistantships
are awarded on a competitive basis and may be renewed for a second semester when students
remain in good academic standing. To obtain an assistantship application, please contact
the economics graduate program.
Ph.D. Funding
The department has a limited number of doctoral-level graduate teaching assistantships
available. The GTA provides a salary and a tuition waiver. Assistantships are awarded
on a competitive basis. Students wishing to be considered for financial assistance
should mark the appropriate box on their Ph.D. program application. Exceptional applicants
also may be considered for various scholarships awarded by the Graduate School.
