The Department of Molecular Biosciences is a premier, research intensive and training department located at the University of South Florida.

“The mission of the Department of Molecular Biosciences is to perform world-class biomedical research and train future generations who are destined for professional school (medical doctors, pharmacists, physician’s assistants, nurses, physical therapists), graduate school (MS and PhD degrees) and the world of work (government, academia, private industry, non-profits).

The goals of our mission are to enhance health, lengthen life, and decrease illness and disability.”
