Research in Music

The School of Music is located at the University of South Florida, a preeminent state research university. Resources for an array of research opportunities and subjects abound. Students gain valuable research experience that enriches their education and develops professional skills.

At the School of Music, we house the Center for Music Education Research and present various research symposiums and conferences, such as the USF Performing Arts Medicine Association Southeast Regional Conference and the Suncoast Music Education Research Symposium.
