Certificates of Participation
ELIGIBILITY
Intern supervisors for institutions in the State University System may be given a non-transferable certificate (fee waiver) for each full academic term during which the person serves as an intern supervisor. Please contact the issuing University's College for questions regarding certification.
The certificate covers the matriculation portion of tuition for up to six hours and is effective for three years. Matriculation rates for 2024-2025 academic year:
- Graduate courses per credit hour- $347.91
- Undergraduate courses per credit hour - $105.07
SUBMITTAL DATES

Submission of completed certificates may begin on:
- Fall semester- August 1st
- Spring semester- December 1st
- Summer semester (all sessions)- May 1st
WHERE TO SUBMIT FORMS/DOCUMENTS
Students who have received a Certificate of Participation and want to have the waiver applied, please remit paperwork in one of the following ways:
