Both hotels are very nice, feature complimentary warm breakfasts, and have on-call/regular shuttle service to the USF Muma College of Business during the meeting. The Embassy Suites is located on the USF campus (just a short walk to the college), while the Grand Suites is just off campus, but has an easy (3-5 minute) shuttle trip to the meeting location.
