Paola Scotto di Perta

Paola Scotto di Perta is a recent graduate from the University of South Florida, where she earned dual degrees in Finance and Marketing, along with a minor in Economics. Following a successful internship, Paola joined Star Mountain Capital full-time within portfolio monitoring and management. At USF, she took on multiple leadership roles, serving as President of Women in Business, where she spearheaded initiatives benefiting over 750 members, and as Head of the Executive Office of the Investment Club, the largest student organization on campus with over 1,500 members. Paola is passionate about empowering aspiring finance students and mentoring future leaders in the industry.

Sho Ishizuka

Sho Ishizuka is an Analyst in the Equity Capital Markets team at Raymond James where he works on various forms of equity capital raises, including IPOs and follow-on offerings, for companies in a broad spectrum of industries. Prior to joining Raymond James, he interned at Dubin Clark, a lower-middle market focused private equity firm, and at TrueNorth Capital Partners where he worked on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Sho graduated in May 2024 from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. During his time at USF, Sho was involved with the Investment Club, Student Government, Business Honors Program, and the Judy Genshaft Honors College. In his last semester, Sho was named the Most Remarkable Business Student as part of the Muma College of Business 25U25 award. Upon graduation, he aims to continue giving back to the USF community and expand the support network from alumni to help students attain their goals beyond graduation.

Justin Kwitchoff

Justin Kwitchoff is a senior Finance major at the University of South Florida. Throughout his time in school, Justin has prioritized on-campus involvement and leadership, with a particular focus on the Investment Club at USF and Phi Chi Theta, a co-educational business fraternity. Within both organizations, Justin had the opportunity to serve within each leadership team and spearhead efforts to deliver new professional development opportunities for its members and advance the campus culture of USF. Upon graduation, Justin will be joining Sixth Street on their Growth Equity team in Austin, Texas, following a successful internship with the team in New York City during his junior summer. Leading up to Sixth Street, Justin interned with ORIX Corporation, Star Mountain Capital, and Franklin Street. Justin was a 2024 25 Under 25 honoree and remains committed to developing the future of finance at USF.
