NMS Partnership Program
Overview
USF's Muma College of Business is proud to partner with Broward College and The National Management School to allow students in India an opportunity to earn a four-year American degree. After studying in Mumbai for two years, students will then be able to travel to Tampa, Florida to study at the University of South Florida for two years – leaving Tampa with a full four-year American business degree at nearly half the cost of a traditional four-year degree program.
In the "2+2" program, students will study the first two years in India with The National Management School, an international center of Broward College. Students will earn an Associate of Arts degree through The National Management School, with 36 credits in general education and 24 elective credits. The second half of the program will be taught by world-class faculty from the University of South Florida's Muma College of Business. Students will study at USF (there are campuses in Tampa, St. Petersburg or Sarasota-Manatee but most students study at the Tampa campus), completing the program and obtaining their bachelor's degree from USF. The partnership program is launching from the Muma College of Business and students will be able to pursue a general business degree in major in accounting, advertising, economics, finance, management, marketing, information systems, or international business.
The transfer to USF will work through the University Transfer Pathway Program, which will give Indian students a clear pathway to their final bachelor's degree at USF. While the partnership is beginning in USF's Muma College of Business, it could expand to other disciplines, such as engineering, the sciences, and several areas in the liberal arts.
