The Cultural & Linguistic Competence (CLC) Resource Library for Addressing Behavioral
Health Disparities was developed to provide leaders and practitioners in children's
mental health and other service systems for children and youth with resources designed
to promote behavioral health equity and CLC practice. The resources were reviewed
and catalogued using criteria designed to assess their practical application to child
and youth-focused behavioral health settings.
