Director of Business and Research Administration, Kimberly Read, PHD, MBA Receives Coveted Designation of SRA International Distinguished Faculty

Congratulations to CFS's Kimberly Read, PHD, MBA for receiving the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI) Distinguished Faculty designation. SRA International is the premier global research management society providing education, professional development and the latest comprehensive information about research management to professionals from over 40 countries. SRA International’s Distinguished Faculty designation recognizes individuals who continually distinguish themselves as exemplar teachers, scholars, and practitioners in the field. 

SRA International’s Distinguished Faculty may be called upon as expert consultants and speakers to present and review professional workshops, continuing education courses, and professional development programs on behalf of the Society. As a subject matter expert, they may be requested to contribute to external, periodic, and professional reviews of research management/administration capacity and processes both within SRA International and externally.

Dr. Read has extensive experience in research and administration and is a Certified Research Administrator. Additionally, she serves as an adjunct instructor teaching Critical Thinking: Foundations of Interdisciplinary Knowledge and Inquiry. Dr. Read’s Distinguished Faculty designation is for an initial 3 year period.
