About the Clinic

Welcome to the University of South Florida Speech-Language Clinic. Since 1969, the USF Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Instructors and students have provided therapy and diagnostic services to members of the greater Tampa Bay Area and beyond. We provide comprehensive diagnostic, treatment, and consultative services to infants, children, adolescents, and adults for a wide range of communication disorders. As an educational and research institution, the clinic provides evidence-based, individualized services to meet the needs of every patient, their families, and their caregivers.

The clinic is a not-for-profit entity. The Master in speech-language pathology program is accredited by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Our services are provided by graduate student clinicians under the supervision of experienced clinical faculty who are certified by ASHA and licensed by the state of Florida.
