The College of Behavioral and Community Sciences offers a variety of majors (Criminology, CSD-Speech-Language Hearing, CSD-Interpreter Training, CSD-Deaf Studies, Criminology, Gerontology, Long Term Care Administration, Social Work) and minors (American Sign Language, Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Healthcare, Criminology and Gerontology) as well as an Undergraduate Research Certificate program. The CBCS Student Services offices as well as your academic advisors strive to promote your success and persistence from your initial orientation to graduation. We will provide assistance with all aspects of your academic career including: ensuring that your anticipated major or minor is a good fit for you and your future career goals; guidance with course selection, scheduling and staying on track to graduate in a timely fashion; assistance with interpreting academic policies and procedures; and serving as a liaison to link our students with available resources and opportunities across campus. Our primary goal is to serve as a resource, that you can consistently count on, to assist you with having a successful and fulfilling academic experience in CBCS and at USF.
