Welcome to the myPATH Collaborative
Thank you for your interest in working with us! We can only accomplish our objectives by building relationships and working together. We welcome any interested individuals to join our Collaborative.
If you join our Collaborative, we will:
- Send you email updates every 1-3 months
- Ask you to complete our free online training, to help you learn more about our work and how to become involved
- Invite you to complete occasional online surveys to help plan research studies
