2021 USF Program for Advanced Treatment of Stuttering (PATS)

USF Communication Sciences and Disorders

Second-year SLP students Sabrina Reiss, Ashley Milarcik, and Christina Brown successfully hosted the 2021 USF Program for Advanced Treatment of Stuttering (PATS). Ten clients attended, including five full-time clients who completed the entire 3-week/90-hour program, and five part-time clients who returned for a refresher. Clients traveled from as far away as Birmingham, Alabama and Charleston, South Carolina. The Frederick P. Murray Endowment for Stuttering-Related Activities provided more than $8k in scholarships.
