Physical Wellness
Physical wellness isn't just about weight or eating vegetables. Physical wellness is about taking care of the body you're in and being mindful of how much you move and what you fuel your body with. Regular physical activity as simple as walking may prevent or delay a number of health problems including diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and stroke. Staying active can lead to a happier mood, less stress and a stronger body. Physical wellness also means educating yourself on hygiene including sleep hygiene. By engaging in physical wellness, we also increase important mental, emotional and social factors. Find a way to move that you can fit into your life and build consistency and confidence while improving your overall health.
