BOG Exemption Determination

Below is an overview of the process to determine if a proposed grant, agreement, or partnership (“FCOC Activities”) with a college or university based in a foreign country of concern (“FCOC”) or with a Foreign Principal requires an exemption from the Florida Board of Governors (“BOG”). USF must receive an exemption from the BOG prior to entering into any FCOC activity.
