Undergraduate Program Advising

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering has two full-time advisors with additional support staff and faculty program coordinators. Advising appointments for upper-level CSE students are arranged through the Archivum Student Portal. Details about walk-in advising options are provided below.

Virtual walk-in advising is conducted online via Microsoft Teams. To access virtual walk-in advising, send the advisor a message in Teams using the chat function during the walk-in period to join the queue. Requests for virtual walk-in advising will be taken in the order in which they are received during the walk-in periods listed below.

Please note that messages sent in Microsoft Teams outside of the scheduled online walk-in periods will be addressed as other responsibilities allow. Email is not a substitute for scheduled or walk-in advising.
