USF Engineering Graduate Certificate Programs Extended

The last few weeks have been a challenging time for Floridians and our thoughts are with everyone impacted by the recent hurricanes. To make things easier for many who were affected by the storms, the university has extended the deadline to apply for three College of Engineering graduate programs, the Pathway to Computing Graduate Certificate, the Artificial Intelligence Graduate Certificate, and the Master of Science in Data Intelligence, to Nov. 1, giving you a little more time to submit your application!  Learn more here.

PATHWAY TO COMPUTING

Have you thought about transitioning to the computer science field? Or want to add computing skills to your resume? The Pathway to Computing graduate certificate at USF is a fast, affordable way to transition into the tech field — no prior experience needed! This fully online 15-credit program can be completed in in three semesters and provides options to land jobs in computing or to serve as a bridge to USF’s master’s program – with completers who want to go on to a master’s degree program earning priority admission to USF’s MSCS. Prior experience isn’t necessary – we’ll teach you everything you need to know, from discrete structures to object-oriented design to algorithms.

The Pathway to Computing graduate certificate complements those earning engineering degrees in areas such as biomedical engineering and electrical engineering (or business degrees such as MIS/BAIS), and prepare you for roles in computing or for advanced AI education. An info session for the Pathway to Computing program will be held on Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. Learn more about the program, meet the program advisors, and find out how to apply at the info session.
