 Department faculty honored at AAAS Fellows Luncheon

AAAS Luncheon

Two Department faculty and AAAS fellows – Professors Sarkar and Goldgof – were honored at the AAAS Fellows Luncheon held on March 2nd. Professor Sarkar served as Emcee for the luncheon introducing the guest speaker, Donald Keck. Dr. Keck is a professor in the institute and was the Vice President and Executive Director of Research at Corning, Inc. USF has 58 AAAS fellows and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering has 5 AAAS Fellows (Dmitry Goldgof, Larry Hall, Abraham Kandel, Nagarajan Ranaganathan, and Sudeep Sarkar).
