Privacy Restrictions
Federal regulations restrict what financial aid information we can discuss with you and/or your parents over the phone and via email. Authentication questions will be asked each time you contact our office. These restrictions protect your personal financial information and assure that only you have access to your financial aid record. Both forms below must be completed in order for information to be shared with the parent(s) listed on your FAFSA.
- Go to our Forms page and click on the appropriate school year. Download, complete the form and send it back to our office by mail or in person. Once reviewed and processed, the designated individuals may contact our office on your behalf.
- Financial aid which is affected by your academic performance requires you to submit the Office of the Registrar's Student Record Access Authorization form to the Office of the Registrar.
