Email: nlsanchez@usf.edu
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Noelle joined the University of South Florida in
November 2020. Before joining us, she pursued an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary
Studies and began working with her alma mater, the University of Central Florida in
2016, three weeks after graduation. Noelle continued honing her skills serving the
university population for three years at UCF by contributing to the development of
an innovative app for undergraduate student program tracking, taking part in the creation
of educational media outlets for introductory courses, and her favorite, co-leading
the PhD student procession on commencement day.
Her dedication to public higher education continued with her employment at St. Petersburg
College after moving to Tampa in 2019, working with Institutional Research and Effectiveness,
and ultimately joining the School of Social Work at USF in 2020.
Today she continues to cultivate her enthusiasm for community and higher education
working as the Academic Services Administrator for the Office of Graduate Studies
where she is responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and processing graduate student
petitions and appeals and serves as the liaison between the Office of Graduate Studies
and the students and academic departments and colleges in issues related to graduate
student academics, enrollment, policies and procedures, and probation.
